We build our eyewear to last. At Eye Leux, we stand by the enduring craftsmanship and quality of our products. That's why every pair of our glasses is covered by a comprehensive one-year (365-day) warranty.
This warranty is our commitment to you, ensuring your peace of mind and confidence in our curated excellence.
Our 365-Day Warranty Covers
This warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects only.
What's Covered (Examples):
- Frames: Broken or failing hinges, dislodged nose pads (not due to force), premature peeling or discoloration of the frame finish (not from chemical exposure), or structural cracks in the frame at weld points.
- Lenses: Peeling or cracking of lens coatings (e.g., anti-reflective or scratch-resistant coatings) that are not the result of improper use or normal wear.
- Prescription Accuracy: We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescription lenses. If your prescription is not filled exactly as provided by your doctor, we will remake the lenses at no charge.
What is Not Covered
This warranty is not an insurance policy against accidents. It does not cover:
- Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence (e.g., dropping your glasses, stepping or sitting on them, pet damage, exposure to high heat like a car dashboard).
- Normal Wear & Tear: This includes minor scratches on lenses or frames that occur with daily use, or the natural loosening of hinges over time that requires routine adjustment.
- Chemical Damage: Damage from exposure to chemicals such as hairspray, cologne, or harsh cleaning solutions.
- Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover the loss or theft of your eyewear.
- Third-Party Alterations: Any damage to frames or lenses caused by third-party repairs or adjustments.
30-Day Scratch-Free Lens Guarantee
In addition to our one-year warranty, we offer a 30-Day Scratch-Free Guarantee on all our premium lenses. If your lenses sustain a significant scratch from normal use within the first 30 days of delivery, we will replace the lenses one time, free of charge. This does not cover deep gauges or cracks from dropping the glasses.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your eyewear has a defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:
- Do Not Attempt to Repair: Do not try to repair the item yourself, as this may void the warranty.
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at [warranty@eyeleuex.com].

Provide Information: In your email, you MUST include:
- Your original order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect. This is required for our team to assess the claim.

Evaluation & Resolution: Our warranty team will review your claim.
- If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion, either repair the item or provide a one-time replacement with an identical or "like-kind" pair if the original is discontinued.
- You may be required to ship the defective pair back to us.
