Refund policy


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your eyewear, you may request a refund, subject to the terms below. This policy is part of our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a refund request.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:

  • In their original, unworn, and new condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any tags or accessories.
  • Free from any damage, scratches, or alterations.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact Customer Care: Email our team at [returns@eyeleux.com] with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Do not send items back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack your eyewear in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as eye leux is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Refund Processing

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 5-7 business days).
  2. Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  3. Credit: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Non-Refundable Items & Deductions

Please be aware of the following:

  • Prescription & Custom Lenses: Lenses are a custom-made medical product, tailored specifically to your prescription. Therefore, the cost of all prescription and custom lenses is non-refundable. We will, however, gladly refund 100% of the cost of the frame.
  • Shipping Fees: All original shipping charges (Standard, Advanced, or DHL Express) are non-refundable.
  • "Final Sale" Items: Any products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
