Coupon policy

At eye leux, we believe in providing transarent and honest value. Our promotions and coupon codes are designed to make our premium eyewear even more accessible.

General Terms for All Promotions

• One Per Order: Only one (1) coupon code, discount, or promotional offer may be applied per order. Promotions cannot be "stacked" or combined.
• No Cash Value: Coupons and promotional codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• No Retroactive Use: Coupons may not be applied to purchases made before the promotion began.
• Checkout Application: To apply a code, you must enter it in the "Coupon Code" or "Discount Code" box at checkout and click "Apply." We cannot apply a code after an order has been finalized.
• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promotion Types & Exclusions

• Percentage-Based Codes (e.g., "15% Off"): This discount applies only to the subtotal of eligible items. It does not apply to shipping costs or taxes.
• Dollar-Amount Codes (e.g., "$20 Off"): The discount is applied to the order subtotal.
• Free Shipping: Our free shipping offer (if active) applies only to the "Standard Shipping" method and is calculated after all discounts are applied.
• Buy One, Get One (BOGO): The "Get One" (free or discounted) item will be the item of equal or lesser value. If one of the items is returned, the promotion is voided, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
• General Exclusions: Unless otherwise specified, coupon codes and site-wide promotions may not be valid on "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items, or on gift card purchases.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of a coupon code. This includes, but is not in, broadcasting non-public codes or attempting to stack multiple offers.

Third-Party Coupons

eye leux does not honor coupon codes or promotions found on unauthorized third-party websites.
