At EyeLeux, our mission is to deliver high-quality, customized eyewear to you, wherever you are. We ask that you please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your order.
Our delivery process is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1. Order Confirmation & Processing Time
Order Confirmation:
Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and prescription details. If you do not receive this email within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Processing Time:
This is the time it takes for our expert technicians to review your prescription, craft your custom lenses, apply your chosen coatings, and fit them perfectly into your frame. This stage also includes a multi-point quality control inspection.
Processing times vary based on the complexity of your order:

Note: These are estimates. Processing time might be longer depending on the complexity of your prescription, prescription verification, or specific lens combinations. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Methods
Once your order has passed our quality inspection and been dispatched, the shipping time begins.

3. Additional Shipping Details
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. eye leux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all orders shipped outside of the USA, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees.
- Your order may be subject to the destination country's customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- eye leux has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary significantly by country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees or duties incurred.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [support@eyeleux.com] immediately. We will launch an investigation with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Do not discard the package. Keep all original packaging materials, including the box.
- Take photos of the damaged box and the damaged eyewear.
- Contact us at [support@eyeleux.com] within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number.
Shipping Disclaimer
All shipping timelines are good-faith estimates. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier-related issues (e.g., weather, high volume, logistical failures).
- Delays at a customs checkpoint.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
