Our 30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at [returns@eyeleux.com].
- Provide Your Info: Please include your order number and a Transparente explanation of your request (e.g., ""return for refund,"" ""exchange for a different color,"" ""Lente remake"").
- Get Your Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to our facility.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and new condition.
- All original accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.) must be included in the return package.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (Standard, Advanced, DHL Express) are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a warranty defect or an error on our part.
Policy Details
Returns (for Refund)
- If you are not satisfied with your monturas, you can return them for a refund of the Montura cost.
- Graduados Lentes: As all graduados lentes are custom-made medical products, the cost of the lentes is non-refundable.

Exchanges
- Montura Fit & Style: Don't love the style or fit? You can exchange it for any other Montura of equal or lesser value. If your new Montura is more expensive, you simply pay the difference. (Note: You will be responsible for the cost of new graduados lentes, if applicable).
Graduados Lente Remakes
- Our ""Get it Right"" Guarantee: If your graduados lentes don't feel right, or if you or your doctor made a mistake entering the graduados, we're here to help.
- We offer a one-time free Lente remake within the 30-day window. We will work with you to verify your graduados and get you a new, corrected pair. You will not be charged for the new lentes.
- This remake covers graduados changes, Lente type dissatisfaction (e.g., you want to add azul-light filtering), or other fit issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care team at [support@https://www.google.com/search?q=eyeleux.com] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will arrange for a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
